This family owned business is operated by, Captain Jason M. Franz (U.S.C.G. Licensed) and Patricia Franz. The Trout-N-About is a 288 Penn Yan Predator with an overall length of 30 feet. The boat has a spacious 11 foot beam, with a large open deck for fighting fish and twin engines for your safety. A fully equipped vessel with room for 6 passengers, plus captain and crew, for a comfortable and relaxing trip.

Lake Ontario provides world-class trophy fishing opportunities. Spring and Summer Brown Trout, Summer and Fall King Salmon and Steelhead. Consistent Lake Trout action all season. Along with, good summer time Bass fishing.

We guarantee fish. However, we encourage 'catch and release' fishing whenever possible to help preserve the fishery for future generations. If you wish to keep fish, we will clean and package your catch for you.
